Costa - Bronze

Lin Fabric1484-24

Costa - Bronze is a deep bronze-brown textile with a quietly dimensional surface. Vertical folds move from warm tobacco highlights into darker umber shading, giving the cloth a rich but restrained presence.

About this fabric

The swatch shows a fine, closely woven face in a warm bronze-brown tone, with a mostly smooth appearance rather than a pronounced motif. Subtle vertical ridges and troughs create alternating bands of light and shadow across the cloth. Where the folds turn away from the light, the colour deepens towards dark umber; on the raised areas it becomes lighter and more tobacco-toned. The result is a composed, softly lustrous look that suits drapery where gentle movement and tonal depth are wanted.

How to use it

Use Costa - Bronze for full-height curtains in rooms with warm timber, aged brass or walnut, allowing its tobacco-to-umber shifts to show through the folds. It also works as a grounding window treatment against pale stone, cream or muted olive walls.

The warm bronze-brown tone and softly shifting vertical folds bring understated depth to full-length curtains and relaxed Roman blinds.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
