Cousu Moccasin

Accent Ii Fabric

Cousu Moccasin pairs a pale oatmeal ground with small, raised tan-brown woven accents. In the photograph, its open grid construction gives the narrow textile a light, textural presence rather than a dense surface.

About this fabric

The base reads as a warm ivory-beige, with fine vertical and horizontal threads forming a visibly open weave. Small rounded tan motifs repeat along the length, creating a gentle geometric rhythm with a slightly russet depth against the paler ground. The loose construction lets light sit between the threads, while the woven accents add subtle relief and definition. Its restrained contrast makes this colourway feel quietly decorative rather than bold.

How to use it

Use Cousu Moccasin on relaxed curtains, Roman blinds or as a decorative drapery detail where its warm oatmeal tone can soften an otherwise neutral scheme. Pair it with natural timber, linen and camel accents to bring out the tan woven motifs.

Use the warm oatmeal ground and tan accents to add a quietly decorative finish to relaxed curtains or blinds.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Cousu Moccasin without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
