Acara Marl

Acara Fabric

Acara Marl has a softly blended greige appearance, with pale taupe and grey threads creating a finely textured surface. Its close-set woven structure gives the colour gentle depth rather than a flat, uniform finish.

About this fabric

The swatch shows a small-scale, subtly chevroned weave in a quiet marl of warm grey, pale taupe and cream. Fine contrasting threads create a lightly pebbled surface that changes gently as it catches the light. The restrained colour keeps the pattern understated while the woven detail prevents it from feeling plain. No composition, width or rub-test specification has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this soft greige colourway to temper darker timber, charcoal or warm white furnishings, where its fine woven movement can add texture without a strong visual pattern. It is equally suited to calm upholstered pieces and softly tailored window treatments.

Its softly mottled greige tone and fine chevron-like weave bring quiet texture to upholstery, curtains or blinds.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
