Sakari Wallcovering Sandpiper

Sakari Wallcovering Sandpiper has a softly weathered taupe-grey ground, marked by closely spaced vertical lines that vary in length and density. The restrained contrast gives the surface a calm, lightly textured appearance.

About this wallpaper

The colourway sits between warm grey and pale taupe, with slim lighter striations running vertically through the design. Some lines appear crisp and ivory-toned, while others merge gently into the ground, creating subtle depth rather than a uniform stripe. The irregular pattern has a softly organic rhythm, with broken lengths that keep the wall from feeling overly formal. As a wallpaper design, it offers a quiet way to introduce directional movement without strong contrast or a dominant motif.

How to use it

Pair this muted taupe-grey colourway with chalky whites, mushroom neutrals and pale timber for a calm, layered scheme. Its vertical linework would work particularly well on a bedroom, hallway or softly contemporary living-room wall.

Use this softly striated taupe-grey wallpaper to add quiet vertical movement to contemporary or understated classic rooms.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Sakari Wallcovering Sandpiper without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
