Chiya Wallcovering Husk

Chiya Wallcovering Husk presents an airy floral arrangement in warm grey taupe and softly aged ivory. Large, feathery blooms sit among smaller sprays and leafy stems, giving the surface a softly layered appearance.

About this wallpaper

As a wallpaper, this colourway is defined by a low-contrast taupe ground that reads warmer than a plain grey, with ivory flowers and foliage picked out across it. Oversized, finely drawn blooms create the strongest visual moments, while curling stems and smaller botanical sprays fill the surrounding space. The pale print has a gently timeworn quality, with subtle tonal variation visible through the floral forms rather than a stark, high-contrast finish. A fine, even crosshatched texture can be seen across the ground, adding quiet surface depth to the printed design.

How to use it

Use the warm grey-taupe and ivory palette in a bedroom, dining room or reading space alongside chalky whites, oatmeal textiles and pale, weathered wood. Its softly muted contrast works especially well where a floral wall needs presence without a bright or saturated colour statement.

Pair the warm taupe ground with ivory, linen and softly aged timber for a quietly traditional scheme.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Chiya Wallcovering Husk without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
