Pala Dawn

Esala FabricSCF0110-02

Pala Dawn presents a cool, pale sage-mint ground scattered with finely drawn ivory leaf clusters. The low-contrast palette gives the botanical pattern a soft, chalky appearance rather than a bright or highly graphic one.

About this fabric

The repeating design is formed from pointed leaves arranged into open, flower-like star shapes, with lightly distressed detail visible within the ivory motifs. Its 330 gsm weight and subtly textured surface give the cloth enough body to work across both upholstery and drapery applications. The fabric has a usable width of 137.5 cm, while the pattern repeats every 54.9 cm vertically and 23.6 cm horizontally. With 394 threads per centimetre, the closely made surface retains a refined, even look while allowing the muted sage tone to remain the dominant impression.

How to use it

Use this cool sage-mint colourway on an occasional chair, headboard or relaxed curtain, balancing its ivory leaf pattern with warm timber, oatmeal linen and softly aged brass. Its pale tone is especially effective in rooms where a botanical motif is wanted without introducing strong colour contrast.

Pair the cool sage-mint ground with warm ivory, pale oak and soft natural textures for a calm botanical scheme.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Pala Dawn without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
