About this fabric

This 188 gsm fabric has a useful width of 139 cm, giving the design room to repeat without feeling cramped, while the 67.5 cm vertical and 69 cm horizontal repeats create a balanced all-over layout. The visible ground is a soft sea-salt white with very fine vertical striping in a muted green-grey, which keeps the surface light rather than stark. Against that pale backdrop, the black, red and yellow character motifs read crisp, graphic and cheerful, with the slight shadow under each figure adding a little depth. With no performance features noted, this is best considered as a decorative fabric for schemes that want a playful, collected finish rather than a technical look.

How to use it

Use it where the pale striped ground can calm the lively motif: a child’s chair, a statement ottoman, or cushion backs in a casual family room. The cool sea-salt base works especially well with white-painted wood, light oak and brushed chrome.
