About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric has a substantial 455 gsm handle and a usable width of 134 cm, which gives the embroidered design a confident, upholstery-friendly presence. The pattern repeat is a generous 77 cm vertically and 67 cm horizontally, and the large-scale motif is clearly visible in the image as repeating roundels linked by scrolling leaf forms. In this colourway the ground reads as a warm mineral cream, while the embroidery brings in gritstone brown, muted teal, soft sage and ochre for a gently aged, artisan feel. The overall impression is brighter and lighter than a deeper suzani palette, with enough contrast to keep the motifs legible without feeling heavy. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use it on an accent chair, headboard or ottoman where the warm cream ground can lift the room. It also works well with natural wood, pale plaster walls and muted green accents.
