Apothecary Rose Parchment/Olivine

Highgrove by Sanderson Fabrics FabricSAF0455-02

Apothecary Rose Parchment/Olivine is a softly faded floral with vertical stripe divisions and trailing rose motifs in parchment, blush and muted olivine. The overall effect is airy and decorative, with the pale ground keeping the design light.

About this fabric

This Highgrove by Sanderson Fabrics cloth has a usable width of 137.5 cm and a pattern repeat of 51.5 cm vertically by 66.5 cm horizontally, so the rose trails and narrow stripe elements have room to fall with clarity. At 200 gsm and 142 threads per cm, it reads as a refined mid-weight textile rather than a delicate sheer, making it suitable for either upholstery or drapery. The colourway is distinctly soft and understated: parchment white forms the base, while the floral sprays sit in dusty rose, beige and subdued olivine with a gentle, weathered feel. Its printed surface has a calm, slightly traditional look that works especially well where a fabric needs pattern without visual heaviness.

How to use it

Use this colourway on a small armchair, occasional curtains or Roman blinds where the pale parchment ground can brighten the room. It pairs naturally with oak, chalky paint colours and aged brass, letting the muted rose and olivine read as softly botanical rather than overly sweet.

A gentle, heritage floral that feels quietly fresh in warm, layered interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
