About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Highgrove by Sanderson Stripes collection has a substantial 460 gsm handle and a usable width of 142.5 cm, making it feel weighty and dependable rather than lightweight. The stripe is tightly spaced, with a 2.5 cm horizontal repeat and no vertical repeat, so the pattern stays clean and regular across a run. In this colourway, the pale base and narrow golden bands sit alongside warmer beige notes, giving the cloth a gentle sunlit warmth rather than a sharp contrast. The surface shows a fine woven texture with 21 threads per cm, which softens the stripe and keeps the overall effect refined.

How to use it

Use it on a tailored armchair, banquette or window seat where the small stripe can sharpen the silhouette. Its warm beige-and-gold palette works especially well with painted timber, natural oak and quiet country-house neutrals.
