About this fabric

This Sanderson velvet has a usable width of 140 cm and a substantial 570 gsm weight, giving it the body expected of an upholstery cloth. The design reads as an abstract, large-scale vertical effect, with a 70 cm horizontal repeat and no vertical repeat. In this colourway the pile catches the light in creamy beige highs and muted earthy lows, creating a calm but textural finish. The overall impression is natural and grounded rather than glossy, with enough contrast in the weave to keep the surface visually alive.

How to use it

Use Icaria Jute on a sofa, armchair or ottoman where its warm beige tone can soften sharper architectural lines. It pairs especially well with oak, linen, clay and aged brass for a layered neutral scheme.
