About this fabric
Woven at 500 gsm and 21 threads per cm, this fabric has the substance to sit comfortably in an upholstery or soft furnishing scheme while still keeping a neat, controlled handle. The usable width is 142 cm, and the horizontal pattern repeat of 20 cm gives the stripe a measured, orderly rhythm across the cloth. In this colourway, the narrow grouped lines sit in a warm stone-beige tone against a pale base, so the design feels light, architectural and understated rather than high contrast. The fine stripe structure adds texture without busyness, making it easy to pair with painted woods, natural linen shades and softer neutrals.
