About this fabric

This Sanderson velvet has a substantial 765 gsm weight and a usable width of 140 cm, making it well suited to tailored upholstery projects. The surface reads as a muted beige with warm stone and linen undertones, lifted by a gentle velvety nap rather than any strong shine. The close ribbed texture gives the cloth a neat, ordered look and the colour stays even across the swatch. With no pattern repeat and no performance finish noted, it is a straightforward plain fabric with a refined natural feel.

How to use it

Use this soft sandy tone on a sofa, occasional chair or headboard where you want warmth without heaviness. It pairs especially well with oak, plaster pinks, jute and other sun-washed neutrals.
