About this fabric

This Sanderson velvet has a substantial 765 gsm weight and a dense 48 threads/cm construction, which suits the plush hand and firm drape visible in the swatch. The 140 cm usable width makes it practical for upholstery projects where a tailored finish is needed. In Pewter, the pile reads as a layered charcoal-grey with softened silver undertones, so the surface shifts subtly between matte and sheen as it moves. With no pattern repeat, the design depends entirely on the texture and tonal depth of the velvet rather than motif.

How to use it
