Thaxted Rose and Hessian Close up Web

Revival Print Collection Fabric

Thaxted Rose and Hessian Close up Web pairs painterly rose blooms with a pale hessian-toned branch motif on a fresh light ground. The soft pinks sit gently against the muted beige stems and leaves, giving the design a light, romantic feel.

About this fabric

From the Revival Print Collection by Titley & Marr, this fabric is presented as a textile rather than wallpaper, with no performance features noted. The visible print combines large rose-pink blossoms, smaller coral accents and dusky leaf tones over a very pale ground, so the overall effect stays airy rather than heavy. The hessian and bark-inspired branches bring a warm beige-brown line through the pattern, which stops the pink from feeling sugary. It reads as a decorative printed fabric with a relaxed, classic charm and enough presence to become the focal point in a room.

How to use it

Use this colourway where you want a soft floral statement with a pale, breathable look, such as curtains in a bedroom or a decorative blind in a sitting room. It works especially well with chalky neutrals, faded wood and softly aged brass.

Pretty, airy and softly romantic on a pale ground.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
