About this fabric

The warm taupe shade sits between natural flax and soft mushroom, with subtle tonal variation that becomes more apparent where the fabric curves and catches the light. A fine crosshatch weave gives the surface its distinctive character without introducing a separate printed motif. The visible body and textured construction make it particularly suited to upholstery, while the draped presentation shows that it can also form relaxed folds. No composition, width or rub-test information has been supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Use Bugatti Flax on a tailored sofa, occasional chair or headboard where its warm flax-taupe tone can soften darker wood and sit comfortably alongside cream, oatmeal and muted brown accents. Its understated texture also works well for layered, natural-looking schemes rather than high-contrast interiors.

A warm flax-taupe woven texture that brings quiet depth to tailored upholstery and complements natural timber, linen and soft neutrals.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
