About this fabric

The surface has a tight, even weave that reads softly rather than glossy, giving this colourway a quietly tactile appearance. Its olive base is noticeably cooled by grey, creating a restrained fern tone rather than a bright or saturated green. Draped folds deepen the shade in the recesses while flatter areas catch the light with a softer, dusty finish. No additional composition, width or performance specification has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Loire Fern for full-length curtains or relaxed Roman blinds where its muted olive-grey tone can bring gentle depth without overpowering a room. Pair it with warm off-whites, weathered timber and textured neutrals to draw out its earthy character.

A soft, low-contrast olive-grey with a fine weave and fluid fall, well suited to understated curtains and blinds.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
