About this fabric

The visible weave is small and closely packed, creating a gently pebbled surface rather than a flat finish. Its dark ivy colouring feels muted and cool, while the raised folds catch the light in soft, understated highlights. The substantial-looking cloth reads particularly well for upholstery, where its tonal depth and texture can add quiet character to a chair or sofa.

How to use it

Use Parker Ivy to bring a grounded, botanical note to upholstery in rooms with warm timber, aged brass or pale natural textures. Its charcoal-olive depth also works as a calm counterpoint to cream, stone and softened terracotta accents.

A deep ivy tone and fine woven surface give this fabric a composed, tactile presence on upholstered seating.

Pairs well with

Parker Ivy is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
