About this fabric

This colourway has a mellow mustard tone rather than a bright lemon yellow, giving the surface a softly aged, grounded character. Fine woven texture is visible across the flatter areas, while the gathered folds create gentle shifts between golden highlights and deeper ochre shadows. Its fluid drape and versatile woven appearance make it suitable for both upholstery and drapery.

How to use it

Use Cornsilk on relaxed occasional chairs, cushions or full-length curtains where its warm yellow tone can lift natural timber, cream and earthy neutral schemes. The subdued gold cast works particularly well as a gentle accent rather than a high-contrast statement.

A softly textured corn-gold yellow with enough drape for curtains and a versatile woven character for upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
