06 Lava

Olympian Fabric06

Olympian 06 Lava combines a deep burnt-terracotta ground with a pale, irregular network of intersecting lines. The close-up reveals a distinctly tactile woven surface, with the warm base giving the pattern a grounded, earthy character.

About this fabric

The colour reads as a rich rust or burnt terracotta, while the broken pale lines form an abstract, angular web across the face of the cloth. Fine horizontal ribbing is visible beneath the pattern, adding surface depth and stopping the strong colour from appearing flat. The contrast between the warm ground and chalky linear marks gives this colourway an expressive, hand-drawn quality. No further specification data is supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use 06 Lava to bring warmth and visual energy to an occasional chair, headboard or sofa, pairing the burnt terracotta ground with oat, cream, dark timber and aged brass. Its pale network can also pick up lighter geometric or textured accents elsewhere in the room.

A tactile rust-toned upholstery cloth with an energetic pale linear pattern.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
