Padstow Fabric03

Padstow 03 Pear combines a pale cream ground with softly muted pear-olive bands. In close view, the narrow horizontal striping has a tactile, slightly irregular woven character rather than a flat printed finish.

About this fabric

The colourway is built from warm cream and subdued yellow-green threads, giving the overall surface a gentle olive cast. Fine horizontal lines run across the cloth in closely spaced bands, with tiny tonal flecks and raised-looking texture visible within the weave. The contrast is restrained, so the pattern reads as a softly broken stripe rather than a bold graphic. Its compact woven appearance gives Padstow 03 Pear a relaxed, tactile presence.

How to use it

Use this pear-olive and cream stripe where a room needs gentle colour without strong saturation, such as a relaxed chair, headboard or softly coordinated window treatment. Pair it with warm ivory, natural timber and quiet olive accents to draw out the fabric’s earthy undertone.

The muted pear-olive and cream stripes bring a softly textured, easy-going character to upholstery or window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
