About this fabric

The fabric appears finely and tightly woven, with a small, regular surface texture visible across the folds. Its muted moss colouring sits between olive green and warm brown, giving the cloth a grounded, low-saturation character rather than a bright green cast. Gentle handling creates rounded folds, while the compressed areas deepen into dusky brown shadows. No composition, width or rub-test specification has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Chiado Moss where an earthy olive-brown note can temper lighter neutrals, from relaxed seating and cushions to softly gathered curtains. Its subdued depth also pairs naturally with timber, aged brass and warm stone.

A softly folded, fine-woven moss tone that brings earthy depth to upholstery, cushions or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
