About this fabric

The repeated leaf motifs are rendered in subdued olive green, with dark drawn outlines and pale edging that define each lobed shape. Against them, the dusty rose background reads as softened and gently weathered rather than bright or saturated. A fine, nubby-looking weave is visible throughout the ground and motifs, adding depth without overpowering the botanical pattern. The balanced mid-weight appearance makes this textile suitable to consider for both upholstery and drapery.

How to use it

Use this colourway to bring muted botanical colour to a reading chair, bench or pair of curtains, balancing its dusty rose ground with olive, warm grey and natural timber. Its softened contrast works particularly well where a patterned textile is wanted without a vivid finish.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Battersea Leaf Colour 12 without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
