Wareham colour 7

Dorset FabricWareham7

Wareham colour 7 has a quiet sage-grey tone, lifted by a fine crosshatched weave. Its softly irregular surface gives the colour gentle depth rather than a flat, uniform appearance.

About this fabric

The cloth is woven with closely spaced horizontal and vertical threads that create a subtle checked texture across the swatch. Pale sage, grey and lightly warmed neutral threads blend together, giving this colourway a softened, weathered character. Light catches the raised threads in fine vertical flecks, while the deeper crossings add understated definition. The low-contrast surface keeps the overall impression calm and relaxed.

How to use it

Pair this muted sage-green colourway with warm ivory, natural oak and pale stone for a calm, quietly layered upholstery scheme. Its grey cast also works well with brushed metal and other cool neutrals.

Use this muted sage-green weave to bring a soft, natural note to upholstered seating and occasional chairs.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
