About this fabric

The design is a dense, symmetrical damask of curling leaves, floral flourishes and paisley-like forms, with the pale motifs emerging across a taupe-beige ground. Its muted warmth gives the pattern a calm, softly antique character, while the close tonal range keeps the elaborate drawing from feeling harsh. The surface appears subtly woven and textured, allowing the lighter details to catch the light across the swatch. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this warm beige and taupe colourway on a traditional armchair, dining chair or upholstered headboard, pairing it with ivory, mushroom and aged wood tones. Keep surrounding patterns restrained so the pale scrolling damask remains the room’s principal decorative detail.
