Misc FabricPendleton Sheep Dune

Pendleton Sheep Dune pairs a pale stone-beige ground with softly detailed sheep, spaced in an easy, repeating arrangement. The muted taupe, grey and brown drawing gives the colourway a gentle pastoral character.

About this fabric

The background reads as a warm, chalky beige, while each sheep is picked out in subdued taupe, brown and grey with lightly mottled detail. Fine horizontal and vertical texture is visible across the cloth, giving the pale ground a quietly tactile appearance rather than a flat finish. The medium-scale animal pattern is clearly distributed across the swatch, with sheep facing in alternating directions and small ground marks beneath their feet. No further composition, width, rub-test or performance specification has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this warm stone colourway on a relaxed occasional chair, bench or pair of cushions, balancing the sheep motif with natural timber, oatmeal linens and softly aged brown leather. Its restrained contrast also allows it to work as a gentle drapery fabric where the pastoral pattern can be read at a distance.

A softly rustic sheep motif on a warm stone ground, well suited to relaxed country and contemporary interiors.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Pendleton Sheep Dune without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
