Caucasus Linen Fabric

Misc Fabric

Caucasus Linen presents a pale greige surface with a quiet, linen-like weave. Fine vertical variation and softly shifting tonal threads give the light neutral shade gentle depth rather than a flat finish.

About this fabric

The colour sits between warm ivory and cool stone, creating a soft greige that changes subtly across the woven surface. Close up, the cloth shows fine horizontal and vertical threads with delicate slub-like irregularity, while faint vertical lines add a restrained sense of movement. Its low-contrast texture keeps the overall appearance calm and relaxed, without a strong printed motif. The pale tone will reflect light gently and sit comfortably alongside natural woods, chalky whites and muted taupes.

How to use it

Use this pale greige on a relaxed sofa, occasional chair or full-length curtain where its softly varied weave can add texture without introducing a bold pattern. Pair it with warm timber and off-white walls to bring out the shade’s gentle, stone-like warmth.

Use this softly textured greige as a calm neutral on upholstery, curtains or relaxed slipcovers.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
