Picket Orange Fabric

Misc Fabric

Picket Orange combines a creamy ground with closely spaced vertical stripes in a warm, earthy orange. Its fine crosshatched surface gives the colourway a softly tactile, woven appearance rather than a flat printed look.

About this fabric

The design is formed from slender vertical orange lines, with subtle variations in density and tone that keep the stripe natural and lightly irregular. Against the pale cream background, the orange reads as warm burnt ochre rather than bright citrus, while the visible horizontal and vertical threads add gentle depth. The narrow spacing creates a steady linear rhythm that can visually lengthen a chair, blind or curtain drop. No additional performance or construction specifications are supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Picket Orange to bring restrained warmth to a cream or neutral room, particularly on a relaxed upholstered chair, Roman blind or full-length curtain. Natural timber and textured off-white linens will reinforce its earthy, easy-going character.

Pair the warm orange stripes with natural woods, cream upholstery and relaxed linen textures.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
