Picnic Blood Orange

Picnicoutdoor Outdoor

Picnic Blood Orange is a vivid, warm coral-orange textile with a tightly repeated micro-grid visible across the surface. The fine woven structure gives the colour a subtly patterned, tactile finish rather than a flat solid appearance.

About this fabric

This colourway is catalogued as an Outdoor fabric, with Outdoor performance features supplied for the collection. Tiny darker orange-red intersections form an even square grid, adding close-up definition while allowing the blood-orange ground to remain dominant. Its saturated, warm tone has a lively sunlit character, while the dense-looking weave keeps the surface visually neat and controlled. The small-scale pattern makes it particularly well suited to upholstered seating where a strong colour is wanted without a large motif.

How to use it

Pair Picnic Blood Orange with pale stone, warm white or natural timber to temper its vivid warmth, or use it as a confident accent on outdoor cushions and seating. Its compact grid also works neatly across smaller upholstered pieces where a larger pattern could feel overpowering.

Use this warm blood-orange micro-check to bring crisp colour and finely woven texture to outdoor seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
