Burst Terracotta

Burst Fabric

Burst Terracotta fills a pale ground with closely spaced, rounded flowers in warm terracotta, cinnamon and deep plum-brown. Small sage-green leaves and contrasting centres add a softly vintage, garden-like character.

About this fabric

The design is a dense floral arrangement, with overlapping five-petalled blooms creating a lively all-over surface rather than a single directional motif. Terracotta and burnt orange flowers bring warmth, while the deeper plum-brown blooms give the colourway visual depth and a more grounded feel. Pale cream and muted sage show through between the flowers, keeping the overall impression balanced rather than overly dark. A fine, softly irregular textile grain is visible across the swatch, and no performance features are noted in the supplied data.

How to use it

Use Burst Terracotta on an occasional chair, headboard or upholstered bench where its warm rust and cinnamon tones can be paired with cream linen, pale sage and dark wood.

Bring its warm rust, cinnamon and plum-brown flowers into relaxed upholstery schemes with pale sage and cream accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
