About this fabric

Catalogued as a fabric, Scribble Tangelo is covered in irregular orange linework that loops, breaks and overlaps across the pale ground. The tangerine tone is bright and warm, giving the otherwise soft grey-beige colourway a lively graphic lift. Its dense all-over arrangement creates visual movement without relying on a large isolated motif. A fine textile grain is visible beneath the drawn lines, adding a tactile finish to the close-up.

How to use it

Use Scribble Tangelo to bring a vivid tangerine accent to a pale neutral room, particularly on an occasional chair, upholstered bench or scatter cushions. Balance its busy linear design with simple forms and quiet grey-beige textiles.

Use the lively tangerine graphic on pale grey to energise contemporary seating, cushions or occasional upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
