Petherton Pink

Bridport FabricPF50504.404

Petherton Pink has a muted dusty rose ground with pale ivory botanical tracery running across the surface. Large stylised flowers sit alongside curling stems, smaller blossoms and feathery leaves, giving the colourway a light but richly arranged character.

About this fabric

This Bridport fabric is woven from 31% cotton, 38% linen, 21% polyester and 10% viscose, with a 128 cm width. The softly pink ground is cool and gently weathered rather than bright, allowing the pale floral outlines and delicate internal detailing to remain prominent. Its 38 cm vertical repeat and 64 cm horizontal repeat create a generous, balanced layout of scrolling stems, open flowers and smaller sprigs. Supplied for curtains and bedspreads, it must be professionally dry cleaned.

How to use it

Use the dusty rose ground to bring gentle colour to bedroom curtains or a tailored bedspread, pairing it with warm ivory linens and understated painted furniture. The pale floral drawing also sits comfortably against soft grey, stone or muted green accents.

A graceful dusty rose floral for curtains and bedspreads, especially with ivory, warm neutrals or softly painted cabinetry.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Petherton Pink without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
