Toucan Antique

Exotica 2 Wallpaper WallpaperCCW0071-01

Toucan Antique layers expressive toucans and sweeping tropical foliage across a light ivory ground. Deep teal and green leaves provide depth, while coral, orange and mustard details give the scene its warm, lively character.

About this wallpaper

This Clarke & Clarke wallpaper has a usable width of 52 cm and a standard roll length of 10.05 m. Its large-scale composition features toucans among fan palms, broad leaves, fine branches and small flowering details, with a 64 cm vertical pattern repeat and no horizontal repeat. The antique ivory background keeps the design open and luminous, while dark teal foliage and saturated bird markings create a painterly sense of depth. At 150 gsm, it presents the pattern as a substantial decorative wallcovering rather than a plain surface treatment.

How to use it

Use Toucan Antique to create a vivid feature wall in a dining room, garden room or eclectic bedroom, where its antique ivory ground can balance the deeper teal leaves. Echo the artwork with dark green, weathered timber and small coral or ochre accents rather than matching every colour in the print.

A richly illustrated tropical scene that brings layered palms, toucans and warm botanical accents to an ivory ground.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Toucan Antique without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
