Montebello Rose Ancien

Part of the Beaumont collection by Manuel Canovas, this fabric is woven in 77% Cotton and 23% Viscose with an approximate width of 140cm and a large repeat of V 76cm / H 70cm. The surface reads as a smooth decorative cloth rather than a heavy pile, with the print sitting clearly on the cloth and giving the leaves crisp definition. In this colourway the background is a soft antique pink, more muted than sugary, while the foliage brings in buttery yellow and ivory for a fresh, sunlit contrast. The overall effect is graceful and lively, with enough presence for statement drapery or light-to-medium upholstery use.

Use it where you want a romantic but not overly sweet colour note: a reading corner, slipper chair or full-length curtains against limewashed or ivory walls. The blush ground softens the bold leaf repeat, while the yellow highlights help the room feel warm and airy.
