About this fabric

This Manuel Canovas fabric is woven in a blend of 40% viscose, 30% linen, 26% cotton and 4% polyester, with an approximate width of 138cm and no repeat. The cloth has a small, tightly worked texture that catches the light in a gentle way, so the blush-rose ground never feels flat. Pale cream and warm pink notes sit together across the surface, creating a slightly heathered finish rather than a solid tone. It feels balanced enough for either upholstery or drapery, especially where a softer, romantic colour is wanted without losing the character of the weave.

How to use it

Use this muted rose on an occasional chair, headboard or full-length curtains where the woven texture can be seen close up. It pairs well with chalk white, warm oak and aged brass for a calm, layered interior.

The gentle rose tone and fine texture make it easy to soften both seating and drapes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
