About this fabric

This 252gsm fabric has a muted blush-pink tone that reads warm and powdery rather than bright, with the cream motifs standing out softly against it. The visible surface has a fine, even woven texture, giving the detailed meadow pattern a subtly tactile finish rather than a flat printed look. Its 136cm usable width makes the cloth practical for larger panels, while the 34.3cm vertical and 68cm horizontal repeats define the rhythm of the repeating scene. A density of 38 threads per cm supports the neat detail in the small flowers, foliage, mushrooms and animal figures.

How to use it

Use this powder-blush colourway to soften a bedroom, nursery or relaxed sitting room, pairing it with warm ivory, pale timber and chalky neutrals. On upholstery or curtains, the cream meadow detail adds interest without overpowering the room.

A softly woven, mid-weight fabric for relaxed upholstery, curtains and coordinated cushions.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Into The Meadow Powder without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
