About this fabric

Biot Ardoise by Manuel Canovas is a fabric with a 138cm approximate width and a composition of 40% viscose, 30% linen, 26% cotton and 4% polyester. The weave appears compact and tactile, with a fine grid of pale stone, charcoal and silver-grey threads that creates a softly speckled ardoise effect. Its low-contrast pattern has no visible repeat, which keeps the surface calm and easy to place in a room. The finish feels tailored rather than plush, making it a versatile cloth for both upholstery and drapery where a restrained texture is needed.

How to use it

Use this cool grey colourway to ground pale oak, blackened metal and limestone surfaces, or to sharpen a softly layered neutral scheme. It works especially well where you want texture first and colour second.
