Maia Sable

Faro FabricM4139-02

Maia Sable is a softly luminous neutral with a fine woven surface that reads like a warm ivory base flecked with sable-gold detail. The small-scale texture gives it quiet movement without overpowering the room.

About this fabric

This colourway has a pale cream ground threaded with tiny honeyed-sable marks, creating a calm, lightly speckled effect across the surface. The repeat is very small at approximately V 1cm / H 1cm, which keeps the pattern subtle and easy to live with. Woven in 100% Polyolefin (FR) and measuring approximately 140cm wide, it has a practical textile handle suited to a wide range of interior schemes. The finish feels clean and understated rather than glossy, so the tonal contrast shows gently in the light instead of reading as high-shine.

How to use it

Use Maia Sable when you want a neutral with a little warmth: it will soften tailored seating, Roman blinds, or full-length curtains without feeling stark. It pairs especially well with natural woods, chalky whites, and muted stone or taupe accents.

A softly structured neutral that works beautifully on relaxed upholstery or crisp drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
