Maia Lin

Faro FabricM4139-01

Maia Lin is a softly textured neutral with a light ivory-beige ground and a subtle woven check that reads quietly from a distance. The small-scale pattern gives the surface a gentle rhythm without disturbing its calm, even appearance.

About this fabric

This colourway shows a warm, pale cream base with a faint beige cast, lifted by a tiny geometric weave that forms a discreet basket-like grid across the cloth. The effect is low-contrast and refined, with just enough texture to catch the light and keep the surface from feeling flat. Woven in 100% Polyolefin (FR), it is supplied at approximately 140cm wide, with a repeat of V 1cm / H 1cm approx and care code C 8 + T 3. The overall impression is clean and understated rather than stark, making it an easy neutral for schemes that need softness and structure in equal measure.

How to use it

Use this soft ivory-beige on tailored loose covers, smart dining chairs or relaxed curtains where you want a quiet, polished finish. It pairs especially well with oak, chalky paint colours and muted metallic accents.

A calm neutral that layers easily with timber, linen and pale stone.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
