Colefax and Fowler

Ashbury Pink

Jardine FabricF4700-02

Ashbury Pink presents the Jardine design on a soft blush ground, with fine trailing floral motifs scattered evenly across the cloth. The pale pink base gives the pattern a light, airy feel rather than a strong contrast.

About this fabric

This Colefax and Fowler fabric is composed of 79% linen, 16% viscose and 5% polyester, with an approximate width of 129cm and a vertical and horizontal repeat of 33cm. In this colourway, the ground reads as a warm, powdery pink with a calm matte softness, while the small botanical trail appears in a restrained pale neutral that keeps the pattern understated. The overall effect is elegant and quietly decorative, with enough texture in the weave to support the gentle movement of the design. It is a textile that feels refined rather than bold, making the motif read more like a light embroidery effect across the surface.

How to use it

Use Ashbury Pink where you want a soft romantic note without overwhelming the room: it suits window treatments, occasional upholstery and upholstered headboards especially well. Pair it with chalky whites, pale oak and muted greens to keep the blush tone looking fresh.

A gentle blush ground that keeps the delicate floral trail feeling refined and airy.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
