Swedish Tree Wallpaper Charcoal

Swedish Tree Wallpaper in Charcoal places pale, almost chalky blossoms and leaves over a deep grey ground. Branching stems spread in an airy, asymmetrical arrangement, while the subdued tonal contrast keeps the large flowers clearly defined without bright colour.

About this wallpaper

The charcoal base reads cool and softened rather than stark black, with pale grey-ivory flowers, leaves and woody stems picked out across the surface. Layered, peony-like blooms sit among curling branches and smaller sprigs, creating a detailed botanical pattern with a quiet monochrome character. A fine, even surface texture is visible beneath the print, adding gentle depth to the dark background. Made from 100% paper, this wallcovering has a vertical repeat of 91cm on a half drop and a horizontal repeat of approximately 68.5cm.

How to use it

Use this cool charcoal colourway across a bedroom, study or dining room to create a calm, enveloping backdrop. Balance its pale botanical drawing with ivory upholstery, aged timber and warm metallic accents so the grey ground retains its depth.

Use the cool charcoal ground to give a room a composed, softly dramatic backdrop for pale upholstered furniture and warm timber.

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
