Jay Check Leaf Green

Lamorna Chk & Stp FabricF4762-07

Jay Check Leaf Green is a finely scaled check with a soft, leafy green character that reads calm and quietly traditional. The tiny grid gives the colourway a neat, tailored feel rather than a bold statement.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, this fabric has a light, natural handle that suits both upholstery and drapery, with a width of approximately 152cm and a repeat of V 1cm / H 1cm approx. The check is very small and evenly spaced, creating a restrained surface detail rather than a strong pattern block. In this colourway, the green sits in a muted leaf tone with a gentle beige cast, so it feels fresh but softened, not vivid. The overall effect is low-contrast and quietly textural, which makes it easy to pair with timber, cane, painted finishes, and other understated linens.

How to use it

Use it for petite chairs, roman blinds, or relaxed cushions where the tiny check can add structure without dominating the room. Its softened leaf-green shade works especially well in rooms with natural wood, oatmeal, or off-white schemes.

A fresh small check that works beautifully on tailored seating or simple curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Jay Check Leaf Green without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
