About this fabric

Woven in 49% viscose, 45% linen and 6% polyester, this fabric has the dry, natural character of linen with a smoother, slightly softened finish from the viscose content. The swatch shows a pale celadon tone that sits between sage and mint, with enough grey in it to keep the colour understated rather than fresh or bright. Its plain construction and 0cm by 0cm approximate repeat make the texture the focus, with the small weave giving a subtle grain across the surface. At 138cm wide, it is a versatile cloth for both decorative upholstery and elegant curtain work, especially where a calm, light-reflective green is wanted.

How to use it

This celadon works beautifully with chalky whites, pale oak and brushed brass, where its cool softness can lift a room without dominating it. It is especially attractive on relaxed armchairs, headboards or curtains in rooms that need a faint wash of colour rather than a strong statement.
