About this fabric

Woven in 49% viscose, 45% linen and 6% polyester, Conway Forest has the natural look of linen with a slightly smoother, more refined handle. The cloth shows no visible repeat, with a vertical and horizontal repeat of 0cm approx, so the plain surface relies on colour and texture rather than pattern. In this colourway, the green is subdued and cool-leaning, with tiny lighter flecks that lift the depth and stop it feeling flat. At 138cm approx wide and coded Q 8 + T 3 with √BH fire performance, it is an adaptable textile for schemes that want an understated, tailored finish.

How to use it

Use this shade on a small armchair, bench or loose-cover where the muted green can bring depth without dominating the room. It also works well as curtains in a room with oak, stone or chalky neutrals, where the pale speckling will read gently in the light.

A softly textured green that works beautifully on upholstery or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
