About this fabric

Michi Forest/Black Earth pairs an earthy, slightly cool green field with an interlocking serpentine motif picked out in black and pale contrasting stripes. The green appears subdued rather than bright, giving the design depth while the striped curves remain sharply legible. At 393 gsm and 41 threads per cm, the cloth has a substantial, closely made feel suited to upholstery. It has a 131 cm usable width, with a 28.9 cm vertical repeat and 32.8 cm horizontal repeat for planning the placement of the looping pattern.

How to use it

Use this forest-green colourway on an occasional chair, headboard or compact sofa where its black-and-cream curves can provide a confident graphic focal point. Balance the deep green with natural wood, warm ivory or black-painted details.
