Melograno Shiitake/Fig Blossom

Colour 3 Fabrics FabricHAF0480-02

Melograno Shiitake/Fig Blossom is a pale, warm-toned botanical, with rounded fruit, blossom forms and curling foliage drawn in soft mushroom and ivory. Its low-contrast palette gives the densely arranged pattern a quiet, chalky depth.

About this fabric

At 252 gsm, this is a substantial mid-weight textile that works across both drapery and lighter upholstery applications. The 55 cm vertical repeat and 46.5 cm horizontal repeat create a continuous field of rounded fruit, fine leaves and small floral details. Against the ivory ground, the shiitake-beige drawing remains muted rather than stark, with the woven surface lending gentle texture to the delicate outlines. A thread count of 38 threads per cm supports the refined, detailed appearance of the design.

How to use it

Use this soft mushroom-and-ivory colourway for full-length curtains, Roman blinds or a tonal occasional chair, pairing it with warm ivory, limestone and natural timber. Its pale depth also works well as a quiet botanical counterpoint to deeper taupe or fig accents.

A pale, tonal botanical with soft mushroom linework, suited to curtains, blinds, occasional upholstery and relaxed seating.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Melograno Shiitake/Fig Blossom without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
