Mizu Nectar/Ritual/Tranquility

Colour 3 Fabrics FabricHAF0482-03

Mizu Nectar/Ritual/Tranquility layers warm cream with taupe and pale putty tones in a closely repeated, mirrored geometric floral design. The softly irregular woven surface gives the pattern a tactile, almost painterly depth rather than a crisp printed finish.

About this fabric

This 275 gsm fabric has a balanced mid-weight handle, making it suitable for both upholstery and drapery applications where a decorative woven surface is wanted. Its 43.5 cm vertical repeat and 47.5 cm horizontal repeat create a clearly structured rhythm of radiating floral forms, diamond-like centres and pale organic edges. In this colourway, the creamy ground is warmed by mushroom, taupe and muted tan, while brighter ivory highlights catch across the motif and keep the overall effect light. The supplied specification lists a 141.9 cm usable width, a 35 m standard length and 606 threads per centimetre.

How to use it

Use this warm cream-and-taupe colourway on a reading chair, occasional sofa or relaxed curtain scheme, pairing it with natural oak, aged brass and quiet stone neutrals. Its softly weathered contrast works especially well where a room needs pattern without a strongly saturated accent.

A softly toned cream-and-taupe design that brings patterned depth to upholstery or full-length curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Mizu Nectar/Ritual/Tranquility without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
