Hollow Tan combines a warm, earthy tan ground with a fine ivory linear motif that resembles a series of interlocking maze-like pathways. The close-set geometry gives the surface a quietly graphic character while retaining the softness of a woven textile.

About this fabric

The design is formed from repeated ivory rounded lines, arranged in shifting rectangular and hooked formations across the tan background. Its warm camel-tan tone has a muted, natural depth, while the lighter threads pick up the light and clarify the pattern without making it feel stark. At 372 gsm with 38 threads per cm, this is a substantial woven fabric suited to upholstery applications. It has a 129.6 cm usable width, with a 46.1 cm vertical repeat and 43.2 cm horizontal repeat for planning pattern placement.

How to use it

Use Hollow Tan on an occasional chair, headboard or tailored sofa where its warm neutral ground can add depth without overpowering the room. Balance the ivory maze lines with chalky walls, dark timber and brushed metal accents.

Pair the warm tan ground with ivory, cream, walnut and softly aged brass for a composed, textural scheme.
