Conway Gold

Kelsea FabricF4674-09

Conway Gold is a softly glowing gold with a fine, tactile weave and a gentle linen-like character. The colour reads warm and muted rather than brash, with a subtle sheen that lifts the surface.

About this fabric

This Kelsea fabric is supplied as a 138cm wide cloth and is composed of 49% viscose, 45% linen and 6% polyester, giving the surface a balanced, slightly slubby texture. The swatch shows a soft muted gold with pale honey and straw notes, broken by tiny flecks that keep the finish from looking flat. With a repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm approx, the design presents as a clean plain, making the texture and colour the main features. The overall effect is warm, restrained and refined, with enough body to work well in either upholstery or drapery depending on the project.

How to use it

Use this gold tone to bring warmth to oak furniture, oatmeal upholstery and pale painted rooms. It works especially well in schemes that need a gentle lift without the brightness of a strong yellow.

A warm, versatile gold with a lightly textured linen look.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
