About this fabric

This colourway shows a classic damask pattern in softened gold, threaded with cool blue-grey outlines that keep the design fresh against the ivory ground. Woven in 100% linen, it has the natural, slightly crisp look you expect from a cloth that still reads elegant and composed. The repeat is V 53cm / H 44cm approx, which gives the motif a clear, regular rhythm across a wider scheme. At 132cm approx wide, it is well suited to upholstered pieces or curtains where the pattern can be shown cleanly. The colour balance is especially light and wearable, with the gold reading mellow and the blue staying muted and calm.

How to use it

Use it on a pair of tailored armchairs or relaxed curtains where the gold brings warmth without darkening the room. It works particularly well with painted woods, pale neutrals and aged brass accents.
